Celeb Finances (“celebfinances.com”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Following the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy regarding claims that copyrighted material has been infringed due to it being posted on celebfinances.com.
DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify us as outlined in the DMCA. To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Celeb Finances to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Celeb Finances to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you receive a DMCA takedown notice and believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please send a written communication that includes the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of the user.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- The user’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the user’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Celeb Finances may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. This process can take up to 10 business days. After we forward the counter-notification, the party who submitted the original DMCA notice must then notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system or network. If we receive such a notification, we will be unable to restore the material. If we do not receive such notification, we may reinstate the material.
Repeat Infringers
Following Section 512(i)(1)(a) of the DMCA, Celeb Finances will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
It is Celeb Finances’ policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works that Celeb Finances determines are reasonable under the circumstances.
